Bringing together stamp collectors and postal history enthusiasts since 1920
Our Society
The Cambridge Philatelic Society was founded in 1920 and has been holding monthly meetings ever since. The Society provides a forum for philatelists and collectors to discuss their passion for stamps and postal history with others who share similar interests.
We currently hold meetings twice a month — one face-to-face gathering and one by means of Zoom. Please see our programme for details.
Our Meetings
In-Person Meetings
Our in-person meetings frequently feature guest speakers from our own and other societies who present their displays. These well-attended meetings cover a wide variety of areas of the hobby.
Zoom Meetings
Our Zoom meetings have enabled us to connect with philatelists and societies from around the world, featuring international displays. The full-screen format on computers reveals fine detail, which is particularly useful for examining errors and varieties.
